Performance characteristics of refining synthetic slag with high aluminum, low calcium and low magnesium

(1) The results show that the composition is uniform, the melting point of minerals in slag is low (< 1300 ℃), the melting speed is fast, the smelting time is shortened, the slag is formed quickly, and the dust pollution is reduced;

(2) The proper viscosity and fluidity of slag can promote the desulfurization and deoxidation reaction between slag and molten steel;

(3) Rapid desulfurization (> 60%) can effectively inhibit phosphorus return and absorb impurities in steel;

(4) It can improve the protection of ladle lining;

(5) No water absorption, easy to store and transport.
